Publisher note

ToolHub is a practical MVP, not a mass-generated tool farm.

The first version focuses on a useful set of PDF tools, calculators, and simple utilities that can be tested, improved, and expanded responsibly.

01

Why this scope was chosen

PDF tools remain the anchor because they solve clear document tasks. Calculators and text utilities broaden usefulness without requiring risky backend infrastructure or thin AI-generated pages.

02

How the product should grow

Expansion should follow real demand signals: search impressions, tool usage, user feedback, and quality checks. New tools should only be added when they can have working functionality and helpful explanatory content.

03

What is intentionally excluded for now

The MVP avoids frontend-exposed API secrets, AI tools, user accounts, payment flows, and file storage. Those features can be added later through a proper backend upgrade if needed.

Launch principle

Every added tool should improve usefulness, trust, or discoverability. If it does not, it should wait.
